I’ve been commissioned to take some building images for a company that deals with business ratings, so where better for a glorious variety of modern and old office buildings than the City of London.
You can see more on my client page here and a previous post featuring some Cambridge office buildings. I can be commissioned to take specific images in a similar fashion; if you are interested please contact me for more information.
I also took the opportunity to view the Tower of London poppy installation, which although thought provoking was incredibly busy leaving little opportunity for quiet reflection.
Finally I went over Tower Bridge for the first time by foot, getting great views of both South Bank but also the City over the Tower of London.
For those not too familiar with the range of lenses, I thought this was an interesting example of the difference a change in a lens can give a picture. The first image was taken using an 18-55mm lens at 35mm and the second was taken from exactly the same spot using a 75-300mm lens at 300mm. Click on the images to see the expanded versions.
